Joey has something to say, and he doesn’t care what they think…
So, today, because I’m curious and curiosity killed the cat, I googled the show and saw some comments and issues that really need to be addressed. I will never comment on something that is lame or pointless. However, I feel OBLIGATED to fix some PROBLEMS that I saw with some people’s perspectives of my relationship with Sandra.
First and foremost, I must comment on a blog on YourTango.com written by Sarah Monson aka The Bitchelorette. You seem to be a ray of sunshine let me tell you. You call me out and tell me I’m a chauvinistic pig? Look at yourself; you call yourself the Bitchelorette. Give me a break.
I treat my wife way better than how you ever were treated. I take very good care of her, and she goes places, does things, I gave hera wedding and above all I LOVE MY WIFE A LOT. I treat her with the utmost respect and I never once laid a hand on her or verbally abused her. Because you see it on TV you JUDGE ME? Who the hell are you? You on the other hand have nothing better to do than cry on your blog about a wedding show.
Don’t you EVER call me abusive because I am not! If you must know, my wife and I have a great relationship and we balance each other out. Let me quote a couple of lines from your highly intelligent blog, worthy of a law suit might I add: “Meanwhile, Joey continues to be just an absolute schmuck. He lets it be known that he’ll cut a bitch if he doesn’t have his spaghetti and meatballs on the table each and every night.” GUESS WHAT SARAH! I NEVER SAID THAT YOU IGNORANT LOW-LIFE! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU REMOVE YOUR LIES FROM YOUR WEBSITE. You go on to mention Domestic Violence, which is NEVER a topic to be made a mockery of, and I feel that any man who hits a woman should go to jail and rot. Again, your ignorance never ceases to amaze me!
You also speak of me berating my wife, but the truth is you are the one blowing this shit out of proportion! Oh Sarah, you sound so smart. Trust me; I have nothing nice to say about your ridiculous article.
I understand you have freedom of speech, but you really are bordering Defamation of Character. Apparently, you were never taught that when you were school. Please remove it off your site or my lawyer will be contacting you and the company you represent. Thank you.
Sandra and I have been together for more than 5 ½ years. She is my best friend, wife, and one day we will have a family. While I did explain how stressful life is while planning a wedding, I feel that people look past it and focus on the negative. My wife is the most beautiful woman in the world, she has a huge heart and regardless of what assholes think, we have the best relationship. She understands me and I understand her. Was I surprised when she quit, yes. BUT I hated the way she got treated and you know something, it was better off that way. She runs my company with me. We function better than most corporate American companies do! You don’t like it, than I don’t know what to tell you. Make like Bitchelorette and cry about it on a blog. Boo-fucking-Hoo.
It seems like every show needs a tool or a villain and it just so happens that they made me that person. There were a lot of smiles, laughs and fun while filming this show. Apparently last night’s episode didn’t have any of that in it, which is understandable. How happy can someone be when you find out that your wife is quitting her job 6 weeks before a wedding, the house almost goes on fire, and there are arguments about wedding planning? Therefore it’s understandable why last nights episode unfolded the way it did. And who knows what future episodes are going to bring. Just understand, I’m not a dick!
I’m not exactly a saint, I can be mean, but unfortunately this is what I am perceived as. I am a very nice person, and I get along with everybody. Once filming is done, its out of my control and you see something that is exaggerated.
See what I mean about haters? You get them a dime-a-dozen on reality TV. No one said weddings were a walk in the park, but people still want to talk shit; you know what? How about they get married, and have it filmed for America to see. We did this to show the truth behind planning. If you wanted a skip in the park, holding hands, and singing “here comes the bride” than go watch some cheesy wedding show. Obviously this show isn’t meant for that particular type of person.
